How cancellations and refunds work.

Refunds & cancellations

Cancel anytime: You can cancel your subscription from your account settings (when available) or by contacting support.
Access until period end: If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Except where required by law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may offer refunds at our discretion for duplicate charges or billing errors.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge.
